A golden dragon appeared and attacked the hand. The hand grabbed the attacking golden dragon, and it exploded, blasting the hand into pieces that scattered around the floor.

Wilbur scrambled to retreat. The vortex above his head had disappeared when he looked up again, and the broken pieces of the large hand were rapidly melting into the ice.

Wilbur scrambled to fly downward, but the floor of the cube had restored itself. He looked up and saw that the hole in the ceiling of the cube that had appeared from the vortex had been restored as well.

"F*ck!" Wilbur cursed. Crushing that hand had taken so much effort, and he had thought it would have been enough to weaken the formation, only for the hand to meld right back into the formation. It seemed like the only way to get out now was to use his powers for real.

Wilbur had not wanted to do so at the start, as the liquid woman might come up with more powerful moves after seeing what he could do, and he might not be able to hold up then.

However, upon seeing the liquid woman's formation, Wilbur knew that he had no other choice but to fight his way out. Destroying the formation core by force was the only way to break the formation.

The thought made Wilbur clench his fists. The energy aura in his body multiplied with a thought as he leaped into the air toward the formation core. Yet something shocking happened. The formation core on top of the frozen cube disappeared

out of sight.

"What?"

Wilbur was dumbfounded, blinking at the icy ceiling. When he looked again, he saw that the formation core was now on the left wall of the cube. Wilbur flew up to the left wall, but the formation core disappeared before he could even attack, appearing on the right wall instead.

With no other choice, Wilbur could only make his way to the right wall. Wilbur spent the next half an hour chasing after the formation core but failed to catch up to it.

He paused for a while, taking a few sharp breaths. His head hurt as he stared at the ever-moving formation core. How was he ever going to get to it?

After giving it some thought, Wilbur had an idea. He cast a cloning spell, and two clones split out of him. All three Wilburs flew in three different directions, and the formation core began to move again and again.

Wilbur delayed his movements by two seconds on purpose, letting his clones chase after the formation core. Sure enough, the formation core appeared on the wall in front of Wilbur the very next second.

Wilbur gritted his teeth, punching the ice wall with all his might. The golden dragon shot out of his arm and pierced through the wall, crushing the formation core as the entire wall crumbled.

The next second, Wilbur flew out of the frozen cube before landing on top of it and punching down.

After several explosions, the entire frozen cube was blasted apart into countless shards of ice that fell into the ocean.

"Is that the cultivation method you learned recently?"
