Living With My Lady Boss

Chapter 2545

So what if he practiced in the magical tower for decades?

So what if he had been given one-tenth of Kaiser Fern's evil god energy?

There were even stronger beings in this world, and his strength was still too weak compared to theirs. The elder was right. It was best not to hold back. It seems he had been wrong to doubt the elder all along.

In the next second, Wilbur's raging dragon aura exploded, disintegrating one of the bat people into dust, with all its energy returning to the original bat person.

"Now it's your turn." Wilbur moved swiftly, launching a punch at the bat person's face. The golden dragon appeared behind the bat person. In an instant, the bat person created two more clones. The golden dragon entwined all three bat people, and the raging dragon energy disintegrated the two clones.

Then, the golden dragon roared and dove into the bat person's body. Quickly, all the dragon energy started to converge and pour into the bat person. The bat person's expression turned extremely pained as he struggled. In the next second, with a thud, he knelt before Wilbur.

Boom!

Before the bat person could plead for mercy, his body exploded. A powerful wave of energy spread out instantly, causing a gust of wind to howl past Wilbur's ears.

Only then did Wilbur's legs give way, and he collapsed to the ground. The punch he had thrown was the strongest blow of his Dragon Spell, consuming ninety percent of his spirit energy. If he failed to kill the bat person with that move, Wilbur would have been at the bat person's mercy. Fortunately, the bat person was dead.noveldrama

After meditating for half a day to recover most of his spirit energy, Wilbur stood up and left. Before leaving, he glanced around at the devastated marketplace, feeling a twinge of regret.

Although Wilbur knew that the scenes in space were created for the test, seeing the people who had their lives taken because of his battle with the bat monster caused him some heartache.

After flying for an hour, Wilbur arrived at the base of a snowy mountain. He climbed the mountain and found two snowpeak lotuses on a cliff. He then entered a cave and took out a pot from his demiplane. He boiled some water from the snow, then added a chicken he had prepared earlier, placing the snowpeak lotuses in there to cook.

Half an hour later, Wilbur had a hearty meal and felt revitalized. He said, "It seems that the snowpeak lotus is indeed extraordinary."

In fact, Wilbur had harvested the snowpeak lotuses and cooked them to verify a theory. He had once pondered the nature of reality in the mirage space. Even though everything in this space was created for the test, their existence was real because the snowpeak lotus was real, which meant they were real too. In essence, this space was a space with commonalities to Earth's space.

Thinking of this, Wilbur felt a pang of guilt. If he had not appeared, perhaps those people would still be living their lives. The so-called test merely created a separate space, and everything that appeared in this space was real. This was no different from another space existing on Earth.

The people and the marketplace would not automatically reappear and recover after the battle. They were real people with flesh and blood.

Wilbur told himself that the next time the Night Demon appeared again, he had to lure it to a sparsely populated area before making a move to kill it. From now on, he had to reduce the killing in the space.

The moment this thought arose, Wilbur suddenly felt a strange sensation, as if he had become kinder than before. He then looked down at the Light Glove on his hand, feeling that ever since he had obtained it, his inner kindness was being continually awakened.
