Chapter 194
Chapter 194:.
Winston had made up his mind to buy Logan’s sports car on the cheap.
There were only twenty of that model of sports car in the world. You could say it was almost impossible to get hold of it.
The car was originally selling for $20 million, but since no one was selling it, people were willing to buy it even at $30 million.
However, Winston was only offering $3 million for it, which was only 10% of the price it could fetch.
He was not merely kicking a man while he was down, but his actions were utterly despicable and shameless.

Precisely because he had warned everyone in his circle, Logan still hadn’t managed to sell his car.
Logan was infuriated, but he really needed the money badly.
He clenched his jaw and said, “Even if I give it away to someone else, I’ll never sell it to you! You have no idea about sports cars.”
Winston only bought the sports car to show off. How could he understand anything about it?
To Logan, the roar of its engine was the most beautiful musical movement in the world.
His words amused Winston, who then said, “Even three million dollars is too good a price for you. I’ll give you another minute to think about it. If you still don’t agree, then I’ll bring it down to one and a half million dollars! Three, two…”
Before he could finish, however, Logan’s cell phone rang.
Logan was sitting on the floor with bruises all over, including on his face. He spat out a mouthful of bloody saliva and answered the phone.
A voice came through the phone and said, “Logan, someone wants to buy your sports car!”.
Logan was surprised. He asked, “How much are they offering?”
His words made Winston’s ears prick up, and the corners of his lips curved into a smile.
Winston had gotten other people to offer to buy the car, but the prices they offered were even lower than his. In fact, some went so far as to offer only $150,000.
They had done this entirely to humiliate Logan.
Therefore, he thought that the person offering to buy the car was also one of his friends. However, the next moment, the person on the phone told him, “The buyer says that, although the car sold for $20 million and the market price has now reached $30 million, you need money urgently, so you are willing to offer $25 million.”
$25 million!
It was certainly a reasonable offer.
Logan let out a huge sigh of relief and shouted, “Sold!”
“Okay, I’ll transfer ownership rights to the car to you right now!”
Logan got up from the floor after hanging up, and dusted off his clothes. Even though he’d been beaten up, the young man looked as wild and untamed as ever. He looked at Winston, stretched out a finger, pointed at him and said, “I’ll remember you.”
His aura intimidated Winston for a moment, but right after, he came to his senses and said, “Tsk. You think you’re still Logan-The King of Racing? You think you can still call the shots in the underworld? What can you do even if you remember me?”
Logan, however, paid no further attention to him. Instead, he picked up a few items that mattered to him from among the belongings that were thrown away.
He only stayed at the villa from time to time, so he didn’t have many personal belongings inside it anyway. He grabbed a few award certificates and got into the car.
He was now going to transfer ownership of the car.
Winston and the others continued to stand where they were after he left, so furious they couldn’t speak. Finally, Winston said, “Come on. Follow him and see who exactly it is that dares to go against my wishes and buy your car.”
So they followed Logan.
At the Department of Motor Vehicles.
Logan looked at Little Yellow, petting it only after washing his hands.
He had received the car as a reward after winning the championship when he was seventeen. Since then, the title “Logan, King of Racing” had stuck with him.
Since then, he considered Little Yellow his treasure.
He, who loved the car like his own life, had never had a girlfriend, but had cared for the car with all his heart.
But he knew that Little Yellow was no longer his from that moment on.
He looked at the man who had bought the car – Sean – and said earnestly, “I hope its new owner treats it with love.”
Sean gave his glasses a push, nodded and replied, “Don’t worry.”
Mr. Hunt had bought the car for the Master.
It would be ten years before the Master would grow up, so they would definitely treat it with affection; after all, it was going to remain in the innermost section of the garage.noveldrama
The two men entered the Department of Motor Vehicles. The moment they came out after completing the transfer formalities, they saw Winston approaching with a group of people with great momentum.
Winston stepped in Sean’s way and asked, “Dude, where are you coming from, didn’t you get our notice?”
Sean looked at the people in front of him. He pushed up his glasses and replied, “Yeah, I got it. And?”
Winston, “?”
Winston was indignant “How dare you keep messing up our plans after you received it! Do you know who it is that’s backing us up?”
Winston had never trusted the Myers to back him.
After all, like the Andersons, the Myers might be well known in the pharmaceutical industry, but they were nothing in New York itself.
The people backing him were a force to which even Jordan Hoffman had to show courtesy.
Hearing what he was saying, Logan could not stand idly by. He stepped forward and said, “Dude, these people are not to be messed with. If you want to back out, I can pay you back.”
He mustn’t involve other people.
Unexpectedly, as soon as he said that, Sean took off his glasses. He folded them carefully, put them in the glasses case, and then put the case in his pocket.
“Come with me,” he said.
Winston and the others followed him, exiting the DMV. They entered a small side alley.
Logan frowned.
As soon as they entered the alley, Sean stopped suddenly, turned around and waved at them.
Winston and the others charged toward him immediately.
Logan panicked.
That man seemed so polite and down to earth. He didn’t look strong enough either. Could he stand up to them?
The thought had just formed in his mind when he saw the man, who still seemed so polite and kind the last moment, suddenly throw his fist. As if Winston and the others were just little kids, he gave them all a punch each, knocked them all down cleanly and smoothly.
Sean’s moves seemed structured and systematic; he had probably trained in martial arts before.
Winston and the others fell to the ground, groaning and moaning in pain.
They were, after all, typical criminals. Winston shouted, “Do you know who we are, how dare you beat us up like that?”
Sean unhurriedly pulled his glasses case out of his pocket after hitting them. He took out the microfiber cloth and cleaned his glasses before putting them back on.
After putting them back on, he pulled out a piece of damp handkerchief, wiped his fingers and threw it in Winston’s face before replying, “I know who you are.”
Winston, “!”
He grew even angrier. “How dare you hit us when you know who we are! How impertinent! Who exactly are you? Tell us who you are if you have the guts! Our boss will come after you!”
Sean let out an “oh” before coolly replying, “The Hunts.”
“…”

Logan was still in a bit of a daze when he returned home.
It turned out that it was the Hunts who had helped him. No wonder they had the guts to ignore the man and offer him $25 million for his car.
Justin Hunt had never been interested in sports cars, so who had he bought it for?
He entered the Anderson villa. He was about to go upstairs when he suddenly saw Nora coming out of her room…. She was yawning lazily and holding her cell phone. A voice rang from the cell phone and said, “Mom, I’ve managed to buy a Little Yellow!”.
