Chapter 203
Chapter 203:
That sentence of his left everyone present dumbfounded.
They all looked at them in disbelief.
Pete was quiet for a while before finally saying, “Daddy.”
Justin nodded. He stepped forward and took the initiative to ask, “Didn’t you go to the bathroom, why are you here instead?”
Pete, “?”
It turned out that Cherry had made up an excuse and gone to the bathroom. No wonder his father didn’t recognize him!
At practically the same time, a bodyguard approached and said, “Mr. Hunt, Mastery is gone. We…”
He had just said that when he saw Pete. He shut his mouth immediately.
Both Nora and Pete fell for his act.
Pete immediately adopted a different posture and said, “I’ve come to get Mom.”
He took Nora’s hand after he spoke.
Nora raised her eyebrows.
She looked at the bodyguards and then at Justin. She couldn’t shake the feeling that something was wrong, but she couldn’t pinpoint it. Wasn’t Justin supposed to have a very high IQ?
How was it possible that he couldn’t even see through such a low level gap?
But… It made sense!
There were virtually no boy-girl twins that were identical in this world. If she wasn’t their mother, she probably would never have thought she had a daughter too, would she?
With that in mind, Nora lowered her head as if she had thought it through.
Beside her, Paul gaped. He looked at them incredulously and stammered, “The…the two of them…”.
Nora raised her eyebrows. “I told you, who says this kid isn’t Justin’s?”.
Mia and Brandon also immediately jumped up and said, “Yes, it’s true! Cherry is a daughter of the Hunts! We weren’t lying, yes!”
Terence, “!”
Brandon looked at Terence again. He stuck his tongue out at him and said, “Nanny, nanny, boo-boo! And to think you wanted to intimidate Cherry. So, Cherry can come in now, can she?”

“…”
Justin finally understood what exactly had happened after he said that.
It sounded like his son had been bullied by a six-year-old in kindergarten.
How useless.
He inwardly excused him before pulling a long face and saying, “What’s going on, aren’t the Hunts’ kids allowed on the racetrack?”
Security officers, “!!!”
The security officers at the gate broke into an instant cold sweat. They said, “Of course we are!!! It’s an honor to have your daughter grace our racetrack with her presence, Mr. Hunt! The fault is ours for not recognizing a famous person when we see one. Please come in, please come in.”
Both Justin and Nora knew that the security officers felt threatened by Paul, that was all.
They were just men trying to make a living, so why bother throwing it in their faces?
Nora scoffed and said insinuatingly, “Never judge a book by its cover. Remember to keep your eyes open the next time you do something.”
The security officer nodded immediately.
Next to him, Paul, who had wanted to do Justin a favor, looked furious.noveldrama
He never would have expected things to turn out this way.

“Cherry, where are you?”
Concerned for her safety, Pete sent Cherry a text message immediately after entering the racetrack.
Cherry: “I’m already sitting on the benches! Come get me later, Pete.”
Knowing she was safe, Pete breathed a sigh of relief.
Only then did he look at the two people walking in front of him.
Justin was smiling and his dark eyes were full of joy. He said, “So, Miss Smith, have you been claiming to outsiders that you are my wife?”.
Nora, “…”
She put her hands reluctantly in her pockets, apparently unwilling to pursue the subject. He asked, “What encouraged you to come and watch the race, Mr. Hunt?”
“It can’t be helped. My son likes it,” Justin replied.
Predictably, it was really about little Cherry.
Nora let out an “oh.” Just as Justin was about to say something, she suddenly did a 180 and said, “While you’re here, take Pete and the Smith’s two kids to watch the race, Mr. Hunt. I have to go backstage to visit my dear cousin.”
Although Cherry was a smart and adorable little girl, in the end this was a messy place. Nora was worried for her safety.
Justin narrowed his eyes and said, “Okay. See you later at the seats?”
Nora waved but didn’t respond.
She had to be kidding – did she have to go to the seats for the family of four to meet?
Instead, she was dying to avoid him!
Justin watched as the woman’s slender figure disappeared into the distance. Only then did he look back at Pete.
After a few days of separation from the brat, there seemed to be light in his eyes now, especially with Mia and Brandon by his side at the moment. The three of them, standing together, seemed to have a good relationship with each other.
Justin looked down.
Pete didn’t have any friends in the Hunts. Besides, Pete didn’t allow anyone but him to get close to him.
Despite this, since the boys didn’t walk well, Brandon would bump into Pete from time to time, but he showed no sign of discomfort.
Justin’s eyebrows drew together.
The woman might have seemed lazy and careless, but next to him, Cherry had grown into a lively, adorable little girl. Her son had only been with her for a few days, but he also seemed to have become much more cheerful.
Was he really not as good as that woman at raising a child?
As he reflected on himself, Paul reached out to make up for what had just happened. He smiled and said jokingly, “The information about you is really too confidential, Mr. Hunt. I always thought I had a son, but it turns out it’s actually a daughter…”.
He looked at Pete and hesitated again before asking, “So is it a boy or a girl?”
Justin looked at him with his deep eyes and slowly replied, “Either one is possible.”
Paul, “?”
He wanted to say more, but Justin had already turned and left with the children. It was obvious that he was not interested in talking further.
Paul, “…”
What the hell did he mean by either was possible?

Elsewhere, Nora called Cherry and was informed that the little girl was in the seats. However, it looked like she had snuck into the west benches, so she planned to go looking for her.
They were currently in the north. That was where the final sprint would be, so the vantage point was excellent there. It was a position that only people like Justin could occupy.
To get to the west side from the north side, he had to pass through a row of rest areas.
The runners were currently resting there.
The abandoned place occupied a huge area, so the rest area consisted of a row of small houses. As Nora was passing by, a couple of runners walked past her. They were chatting earnestly among themselves.
“Have you heard? Logan has a leg injury. He definitely won’t be able to take first place in the race anymore.”
“Of course. I even heard that it was the Myers who did it to go against the Andersons, but no one dares to say anything about it. After all, Paul Quinlan is backing Winston!”
“What should we do? If Logan loses, will the bookies leave him alone?”
“No way! Logan probably won’t make it out of this place alive today. You have no idea how ferocious those people are.”
“Gosh, how tragic…. If he insists on running with his leg injury, his leg will probably be lost after this. With the way things are now, he’s doomed unless Yanci descends from heaven to save him!”
