Just as Eileen was about to start organizing the items, the doorbell rang.

Ruby went to open the door with Gabriela in her arms. When she saw Stella standing outside, she paused for a moment. After a brief hesitation, Ruby quickly stepped aside and said, “Mrs. Dawson, please come in.”

Stella smiled and turned to Eileen. “So, how are you managing the business in Alverton?”

“Bryan has employed a top-notch team to manage it, freshly back from overseas. Plus, Raymond checks in on their progress from time to time.” Eileen’s brow furrowed in confusion. Why was Stella suddenly concerned about VQ Group?

Despite her confusion, Eileen could only answer the question and wait for Stella to continue.
