Seeing their anxious expressions, Corrine couldn’t help but chuckle. “I only fainted; I didn’t lose my memory.”

“You reckless girl, we thought you couldn’t make it—ouch!” Jules began, but before he could finish, Jayden’s foot and Carl’s cane hit him simultaneously, causing him to howl in pain.
