The Dark Messenger leaped onto the beach with Holt, who noticed the burn marks on the sand and bent down to touch them. He withdrew his hand at once, whipping around and saying, "Sir, this fire was only just put out. Wilbur must have heard our ship approaching and ran into the forest. We just need to head in there, and we'll be sure to find him. We can kill him together then."

Just then, a series of swishing sounds came from the ocean. The Dark Messenger looked up and saw the huge forest under the moonlight, smiling as he said, "What a huge forest. How are we going to find Wilbur if he conceals his aura?"

"We'll find him for sure, Sir. We just need to look more closely."

"How long is that going to take? The trees are so dense that they could cover a person completely. If Wilbur climbs onto one of them and covers himself with the leaves, how will we ever spot him?"

Holt was at a loss for words, but eventually realized that the Dark Messenger had a point when he looked up at the vast forest ahead. "You're right, it's going to be hard to find him. The Dark Messenger leaped into the air upon saying the words. He hovered above the trees as Holt stared up at him. The next second, he exploded with a powerful aura.

Dark energy spread out around the Dark Messenger like a web, quickly enveloping the entire island.

Following that, the black miasma formed into a series of shadowy figures. Their movements were stiff, but they charged into the woods as if they were feral wolves.

"The Dark Inferno?" Holt frowned. "Is he trying to cast a Dark Inferno on this island again?"

At the same time, Wilbur hid his aura as he walked along in the forest. All of a sudden, a series of footsteps could be heard from behind him as if a hundred men were charging after him.

Wilbur was caught off guard. After all, he had seen the ship the Dark Messenger had been on with Holt. It was by no means small, but it would only carry about ten people at most.

It seemed impossible for a hundred people to show up out of nowhere.
