Living With My Lady Boss

Adam looked up to see Wilbur hovering in mid-air, a gigantic dark cloud looming above his head. There seemed to be a dragon weaving in and out of the cloud, letting out a series of cries and howls.

The dark cloud rumbled with dull thunder, and Adam gritted his teeth as he looked on viciously. "How... How are you able to become so powerful? Your aura, your power.... No! None of this should be happening, you should be the one to die!"

Adam's gaze suddenly turned eerily firm as he spat, "I'm going to kill you if it's the last thing I do, Wilbur Penn. You destroyed everything I had, all of it. Why is it that you get to grow more and more powerful, but I'm forever stuck in this boring, wretched dimension? Arghhhh!"

Adam let out a cry of fury, and a fierce wind kicked up to surround him. Cracks appeared in the ground, as streams of black liquid began to trickle and gather around Adam before melding into him.

Adam continued absorbing the black streams. It was not long before they were drained completely, and Adam had now become an enormous ball of black liquid that shot out toward Wilbur the very next second.

Wilbur shouted, "Dragon Spell: Storm!"

A dragon aura storm came hurtling toward the liquid ball, swallowing it completely as it raged around the ball. Wilbur watched on, thinking that the liquid ball would be cut into countless droplets.

However, something unexpected happened. The liquid ball began to spin anti- clockwise furiously, while the storm was turning around it clockwise. Both forces were spinning in opposite directions, and the black energy storm began to grow stronger.

Deafening sounds of collision rang into the air as both forces continued to spin. To Wilbur's shock, the dragon aura storm began to slow down. It disappeared completely in the end, and the liquid ball shot out towards Wilbur.

"Dragon Spell: Fiery Dragon!"

A fire dragon flew out of the dark cloud towards the liquid ball. However, the black storm that had kicked up from the liquid ball's spinning just now roped the dragon into itself. The fire dragon roared, its flames flashing about in the dark storm before vanishing completely.

The dark storm faded after one last collision. The gigantic ball of black liquid continued heading forward, shocking Wilbur to his core. Adam was far too powerful, and he might kill Wilbur if this went on.

With no other choice, Wilbur chose to cast the Dragon Spell once more. "Dragon Spell: Thunder Strike!"

With a roar, a thunder dragon flashing with light all over its body shot out from the cloud, soaring toward the enormous liquid ball. The thunder dragon did not crash into the ball immediately. Instead, it soared above it as it struck the ball with lightning.noveldrama

Every lightning strike would yank out a wisp of black miasma, and it was not long before there were hundreds of wisps drifting into the air and out of sight. Those black miasma were formed out of Adam's energy, and Wilbur could clearly feel the energy of the liquid ball slowly dwindling as the black miasma dissipated.
